Terms of Service

These terms apply to use of WhoVisited, a service for viewing activity on websites connected to a customer workspace. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for the activity in your account and for ensuring that people you invite to a workspace have appropriate access. You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in methods secure.

Website collection

You may install the tracker only on websites you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for required notices, permissions, and compliance with laws that apply to your website visitors. Do not send passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive personal information in page paths, titles, or custom event properties. WhoVisited does not guarantee identification of any individual visitor.

Subscriptions and payments

The price and billing interval you select are shown before checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at that interval unless renewal is canceled. Canceling renewal keeps access through a period that has already been paid for. Switching billing intervals is scheduled for the end of the current paid period. If payment is overdue or a subscription is suspended or disabled, new website activity collection stops; prior workspace data may remain available. Payment processing is handled by the selected payment provider.

Service changes and availability

We may update the service and these terms as the product develops. We will post an updated date on this page when terms change. We work to keep the service available, but uninterrupted collection and delivery of every browser event cannot be guaranteed.
